THE ARMENIAN WOMEN’S BAR ASSOCIATION’S MISSION STATEMENT

The ArmenianWBA has one goal in mind: the advancement of Armenian women in the legal profession. Women in the legal community face unique challenges both personally and professionally. The ArmenianWBA is uniquely positioned to focus solely on the specific needs of its members and addressing the issues that Armenian women encounter in their personal and legal communities.

The ArmenianWBA aims to:

  • Provide practical, targeted, and substantive programs that apply to its members’ professional development in a supportive environment.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance by bringing together women in all walks of their legal careers to mentor, educate, network, and connect with one another.
  • Direct resources to elevate the next generation of women lawyers and cultivate future women leaders.

The mission of the ArmenianWBA provides a way to harness the collective expertise for the benefit of future generations and to create a strong voice of Armenian women in law. In short, we are a unique community of professionals who inspire and uplift one another!
